A therapy practice focusing on transitions throughout the lifespan.
At times, life can push us beyond our emotional and physical limits. The pressures of work, relationships, and everyday responsibilities can build quietly, leaving us feeling depleted, frustrated, and stuck. And sometimes, major life events arrive suddenly, overwhelming even the most resilient among us.
Struggling to cope isn’t a sign of weakness, laziness, or lack of motivation—it’s often a sign that the demands placed upon you have outpaced the tools you’ve had the opportunity to develop. Just as you wouldn’t train for a marathon by casually walking a few miles now and then, you also wouldn’t begin running ten miles a day without risking injury. The same holds true for life’s stressors. Building emotional resilience takes intention, daily practice, and support.
My approach to therapy is grounded in mindfulness, collaboration, and evidence-based strategies. I work with clients to help them realign with their core values—because when we lose sight of what matters most, we also lose access to clarity, perspective, and choice. Together, we work to restore that connection so you can navigate life with greater confidence, flexibility, and balance.
